Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

PrimeSeal Document Services is committed to providing professional and reliable service. By scheduling or purchasing services, clients agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of document-related services, many services are time-sensitive and labor-based. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service provided.

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of PrimeSeal Document Services in limited circumstances.
 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun:

  • Mobile travel fees

  • Same-day or emergency service fees

  • Printing fees

  • Scan-back fees

  • Courier/shipping fees

  • Government filing fees

  • Apostille processing fees

  • Fingerprinting fees after processing

  • Loan signing preparation fees

  • Completed notarizations

  • Completed document preparation services

3. Mobile Notary Appointment Cancellations

Clients must provide at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile notary appointment.

If cancellation occurs after the notary has traveled to the appointment location, travel fees remain due and non-refundable.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Missed appointments

  • Excessive wait times

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete documents

  • Failure to provide valid identification
     

4. Loan Signing Service Policy

Loan signing services involve significant preparation, printing, scheduling, and travel expenses.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Printed loan packages

  • Scan-back services

  • Borrower refusal to sign

  • Lender or title company delays

  • Rescheduled closings after documents are printed

  • Incomplete borrower documentation

  • Failed signings caused by borrower issues
     

If a signing is canceled before documents are printed and before travel begins, partial refunds may be considered.
 

5. Apostille Service Policy

Apostille and authentication services involve third-party government agencies and processing timelines outside our control.
 

PrimeSeal Document Services does not guarantee:

  • Approval of apostille requests

  • Processing speed

  • Acceptance by foreign governments
     

Government fees, courier costs, shipping charges, and processing expenses are non-refundable once documents have been submitted.

Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted documents meet all requirements.
 

6. Courier & Delivery Services

Courier and shipping fees are non-refundable once packages or documents have been dispatched.


PrimeSeal Document Services is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or damaged packages

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient information
     

7. Fingerprinting Services

Fingerprinting fees are non-refundable after fingerprints have been captured or submitted.
 

PrimeSeal Document Services is not responsible for rejected fingerprints due to:

  • Agency requirements

  • Poor print quality beyond our control

  • Client skin conditions

  • Background check outcomes
     

Repeat fingerprinting sessions may require additional payment.
 

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, when applicable, will typically be processed within [5–10 business days] to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions or payment processors.
 

9. Service Refusal

PrimeSeal Document Services reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unsafe environments

  • Incomplete documentation

  • Invalid identification

  • Illegal activity

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
     

If service is refused after travel or preparation has occurred, applicable fees may still be charged.
 

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact PrimeSeal Document Services first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks for completed services may be subject to collection efforts or legal action.
